Ben Linfield

Personal Trainer / Manager

Ben has enjoyed health and fitness from a young age and is an accomplished 5k and 10k runner in the Warwickshire raceway series. Ben has a passion for movement and strength training and believes staying physically healthy is key for overall wellbeing. Since being at Peak Fitness, Ben has learnt how the brain manages processes and how he can help people develop faster. 

Ben started training clients at 23 years old and has been in the industry since 2008. He has personal experience in many areas of fitness from running half marathons, sports and strength and conditioning. Ben truly believes that if you want to see results you have to be consistent and work very hard.

Ben commits 100% with every athlete and their personal goals, and really understands all their questions and fears. As a father two and a keen cricketer, he also understands the importance of a very well structured and balanced training plan. From his experience, he is able to design the perfect training plan for you. Every client has his or her own goals and he will be very happy to help you achieve yours.

Jess Hyde

Jess is a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for empowering her clients to achieve their fitness goals, while prioritising injury prevention and overall well-being. Since 2014, Jess has honed her expertise, specialising in biomechanics and female health, drawing from invaluable experience working alongside physiotherapists.

Driven by a holistic approach to health, Jess seamlessly integrates mobility exercises and breath work techniques into her sessions, fostering not only physical strength but also mental resilience. Inspired by her travels across Asia, she incorporates flow and breath work practices into her training regimes, enhancing her clients' mind-body connection both inside and outside the gym.

With a background as a judge in various X-Training events across the UK, Jess infuses her training methodology with a dynamic blend of compound movements and functional exercises, ensuring each session is both challenging and goal-oriented. As she continues to expand her skill set, Jess is on track to become a fully qualified Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist by the end of 2024. This additional qualification will enable her to offer a comprehensive range of services, running a busy schedule of personal training sessions alongside a clinic for soft tissue therapy. Jess is committed to supporting her clients on their journey to optimal health and fitness, providing expert guidance every step of the way.

Jamie, personal trainer in Warwick

Jamie Routledge

Jamie started his career at Peak Fitness in 2018, having previously worked within a more general gym environment.  An opportunity arose to join the Peak Fitness team where Jamie could build on his knowledge and focus on specific areas of personal training in more depth. This proved very rewarding which is reflected in his clients’ success. 

Here at Peak Fitness we don’t just focus on the science behind our programmes.  Trainers take care to assess clients based on a variety of criteria including social and physiological circumstances. Jamie continually demonstrates all the attributes to be able to help all types of individuals looking to improve their wellbeing through physical and rewarding work. 

Cory, personal trainer in Warwick

Cory Green

Cory has always been involved in sports and exercise from a young age, ranging from county level cricket to most recently, American Football. Over this time he has built a massive appreciation for how valuable movement and strength is on both physical and mental health. He has worked with a wide range of clients from people looking for better mental health to elite level athletes looking at improving performance.

Cory believes that building a better moving, stronger and more durable body has effects that pass through to every other aspect of life, be it business, relationships and general wellbeing. He gives guidance on making small, easy habit changes that compound over time and create a much better balance to eventually lead to a happier, healthier lifestyle.

Overall, Cory wants to help people move better, be stronger, and as a result, feel better. He does this through creating a structured training plan that balances physical exercise, nutrition and lifestyle.

Maddie, personal trainer in Warwick

Maddie Clements

Maddie has always been involved in sports, from cheerleading to gymnastics, and over time has found a huge passion for building strength and flexibility. She’s also become passionate about how the body works in different aspects, and how different factors can affect it.

Maddie wants to be able to help people feel better; both physically and mentally, as well as help them improve their mobility and general overall strength through different exercises. By guiding them towards lifestyle changes she wants to help them improve their quality of life and their overall fitness.

James Vickers

James joined the Peak Fitness family in Summer 2020 after graduating from Worcester University with BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Having worked in the fitness industry for 4 years alongside his studies, James decided to pursue his career in Personal Training, due to his genuine passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. His personal commitment to bodybuilding and desire to compete in the near future has resulted in his own incredible body transformation journey which he is looking forward to sharing with more of his clients. James is a keen learner, constantly looking to grow his knowledge and develop his skills further along the way.

Jonathon, physio in Warwick

Jonathon Davis

Physio

Jon is a Specialised Physiotherapist registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), and Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).  Jon qualified in 2008, from York St John’s University.  Since then Jon has worked extensively in the outpatient setting, in both the NHS and private practice.  He has worked with muscular and joint related problems, across a variety of ages (6-90 years).  

Jon has held the position of Head of Sports Science and Medicine at Coventry City Academy, where he led a team focused on training management, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and surgical rehabilitation of the young players.  Jon worked closely with local consultants and the fitness team to ensure the players reached their full potential.  

Jon has spent the last 7 years specialising in sports related injuries, with a particular focus on endurance athletes.  More recently Jon has started working with age group triathletes, who represent Team GB and main stage national events.  Jon also supports Team GB para-athletes on the talent ID scheme.  

Jon has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2005, and uses his extensive knowledge of sports and performance to provide fast and effective rehabilitation to athletes of all levels and capabilities.  

Outside of work Jon participates in events from Ironman to ultra-marathons, and utilises this personal insight and knowledge to help tailor bespoke treatment plans to enable success.

Anna, physio in Warwick

Anna Fry

Physio

Anna is specialised Paediatric Physiotherapist, registered with the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy), HCPC (Health Care professions Council), and APCP (Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists).  She qualified in 2003 from Brunel University.  Since then Anna has gained knowledge and experience working for the NHS, initially in London before relocating to the Midlands.  Anna chose to specialise working with children a few years into her career, due to her discovering her passion for helping children achieve and fulfil their maximum physical potential in life.  

Anna has been specialised in Paediatrics since 2008, and continues to work part time within the NHS, at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.  She works as part of the CGAL (Coventry Gait Analysis Laboratory) team, providing specialised assessment and gait analysis to children and young adults with walking difficulties.  Anna works closely alongside Orthopaedic Consultants and Orthotists to provide individualised recommendations and treatment plans.  

Anna has experience working with children of all ages, with a variety of conditions of a neurological and musculoskeletal nature.  Anna specialises in treating children with Cerebral Palsy, assessing and working closely with the child and family to set goals, and providing bespoke treatment plans to achieve these.   Anna also specialises in assessing and treating children with walking (gait) difficulties and abnormalities. 

Outside of work Anna is kept busy with mum duties and trains regularly with the team at Peak Fitness, alongside running, to keep fit and maintain a healthy work life balance.
