  • At Peak Fitness we use methodical and proven training techniques to help you achieve your goals, tailoring every session to align with your motivations.

    As well as creating a physical training plan for you, we also focus on holistic health, as we believe it is the key to unlocking people’s potential. Holistic health is an approach to wellness that considers the whole person. It focuses not only on physical exercise, but lifestyle, nutrition and emotional well-being as well. Some people enjoy more mindful approaches, including breathing and meditation, whilst other like very science based styles or time efficient techniques. As everyone is different, so are our sessions.

  • How often you should train is so variable to your lifestyle, goals and your training age. Some times less is more. During your free consultation we can help advise you and create a programme that is going to work for you.

  • It’s never too late to start training and you’re never too old to exercise. At Peak Fitness we tailor all of our programmes to the individual and their personal goals and abilities. Our oldest client is 79 and we achieve amazing results.

    We believe that it’s important to set ourselves up for the best quality of life possible, whether that’s being able to play with family and grandkids, spend time outside gardening or travelling. Everyone’s motivations are different and therefore so are our programmes.

  • Training, including weight training and dynamic work, is proven to help children in a number of different ways. This includes increasing energy levels, improving sports performance, maintaining a healthy weight, improving mental health, and improved general wellbeing.

    At Peak fitness we help children understand their growing body and tailor programmes specifically to them.

  • All injuries and surgeries are unique and therefore recovery times differ. At Peak Fitness we have on site physios and consultants that address each individual’s situation and work with our trainers to tailor programmes that help you get back on your feet as quickly as possible.

    We know that injuries are debilitating and infectious to our diets and habits. We help set clients up for success, and maximise their potential.

  • When we turn 40+, especially with females, our hormones change and certain workouts become less effective. At Peak Fitness we have a structured plan to help get back on track.

  • Menopause can be a very difficult time in a woman’s life and everyone experiences it differently.

    At Peak Fitness we offer a variety of different training techniques, nutrition advice and holistic exercises that all contribute to helping our clients find the sweet spot with their personal health.

  • Sessions cost between £40-50, dependent on trainer.
