Personal Training Journey at Peak Fitness Warwick

1. First we will listen to your goals and what you want to achieve

You might be looking to improve your quality of life, achieve sustainable weight loss or come back from an injury, everyone is unique. Once we know what your goals are, we pair you with the best fit personal trainer, who will help you achieve your goals, regardless of your current age or fitness level.

2. Next we create a bespoke training plan for you

At Peak Fitness we provide all of our clients with a completely bespoke personal training plan that ensures you stay on track and motivated. This not only includes a physical training plan, but a nutrition plan too. We also provide you with access to our app, where you can book sessions, view your training plan, log progress, and access on demand workouts.

3. And then it’s on to your 1-to-1 training

All of our personal training is done on a 1-to-1 basis in our fully equipped, luxury studio in Warwick. It’s a private environment where we limit on the number of people there at any one time. It’s a modern, welcoming and supportive space.
